This is the second time I have used the Braintree store , the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful , and both times after searching for a particular tile, I have found exactly what I wanted here , and good prices too.
Would highly recommend this store for all your tiling needs , their aftercare is excellent too !

Fantastic customer service

I've just purchased some tiles from your company, & just wanted to say how fantastic the customer service is. As soon as I walked into the showroom I was greeted with a genuine welcome & no pressure to buy, The team are very knowledgable & extremly helpful. Excellent experience

Just wanted to thank you sincerely for what was an excellent experience when we bought our new tiles from you recently.

Your knowledge and 'can do' attitude made making such an important decision, so much easier, and I certainly will not be looking elsewhere in the future for my tile needs.

As discussed I attach some photo's of the finished bathroom. I hope the pictures do it justice as in real life, with the lights on etc, these pewter bars almost come alive with the light reflection. A Really stunning effect.

I wanted to drop you a note to advise you of my experience in your showroom today. A member of your staff made such an impact on me i felt it was very important you were made aware of what a valued member of your team he should be.

As soon as i entered the store he registered my presence even through he was serving. When available he offered to help and was exceptional in assisting with my requirement. He was bright, informative and energetic, determined to ensure i did not go anywhere else to fulfil my requirement. He even, in the middle of serving me (at my request) helped a more elderly lady who was clearly frustrating other members of your staff with her requests until she left satisfied.

I will be returning to your store because of the service he provided and will recommend your showroom to my friends. His name was Matthew, i really appreciated his service.

Huge Thanks To Rustington

I would like to say a very big thank you to all the staff at Rustington store for all the help and advice they gave me during our recent bathroom tiling experience! Most of my contact was with Patrick and Wayne and I can not praise them enough for being so helpful. From the start of my search for tiles as well as adhesives and grout etc, to the end of the project (I hope!), they have been so patient and more helpful than I could have thought possible. I really can not praise them enough. Thank you.
